Wowing the purchaser with something that wasn't possible before is an edge. Making it accessible to everyone is a virus. Empethic chatbots are the next frontier. Im sorry but redditor-gpt is not the future. Computers should be friendly, helpful, and empathetic. With recent advancements in LLMs, multistep logic is possible.
